Are you a student planning to or already studying abroad?
If so, we encourage you to get involved today!
It's easy to do. Here's how:
1) Increase your
AWARENESS of
the principles of sustainable travel by reading the article “Going
Global: Sustainable travel and Study Abroad" on the Awareness page
(a subtab under Students).
2) TAKE THE GREEN PASSPORT PLEDGE.

Doing so will make you a Green Passport member (or what we refer to
as a “Green Passport Holder”).
You will be prompted to take the pledge after you read the article
on the Awareness page.
3) Take
ACTION while you
are abroad by upholding your pledge, enacting the principles of
sustainable travel and by getting involved in other ways that are
recommended on the Actions page.
4)
SHARE
what you have learned about sustainable travel and study abroad.
Share your experiences, thoughts, ideas, questions, etc. by posting
your photos, articles, and/or videos and/or by starting a blog,
responding to a forum and/or a user group.
5)
ADVOCATE. Your involvement doesn't need to end when you return
home. We encourage you to take the information you’ve learned about
global sustainability and the Green Passport Program back to your
home campus. See the Advocacy page for more details.
We commend you for interest and dedication to the critical
issues facing our planet, welcome you to the Green Passport Program
and look forward to your involvement!
